As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an **Irrigation Field Manager** who can oversee field operations, mentor technicians, improve efficiencies, and help build the leadership structure for the company's next phase of growth. If you're looking for a long-term career with a stable, family-oriented company that truly values its employees, we'd love to speak with you. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary based on experience - Company vehicle - 401(k) with company contribution - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Performance and seasonal bonuses - Stable company with an outstanding reputation - Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities - Supportive, family-oriented culture **Responsibilities:** - Lead, supervise, and participate in irrigation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, renovations, and system upgrades. - Manage, train, mentor, and develop a team of irrigation technicians to ensure exceptional workmanship, safety, and productivity. - Coordinate daily schedules, labor, equipment, materials, and jobsite logistics to keep projects on time and within budget. - Diagnose and repair irrigation systems. - Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, property managers, contractors, and vendors. - Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** - Minimum **8 years** of hands-on experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing irrigation systems. - Previous experience leading and managing a team of **five (5) or more** irrigation technicians. - Strong knowledge of both **high-end residential and commercial irrigation systems.** - Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - **Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.** Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
