The Test Proctor’s main function is to supervise students during testing, maintain test integrity and an environment conducive to testing, maintain tests for faculty drop off and pick up and lastly to be proctor trained in NHS, TEAS and CLEP testing. ## Essential Duties and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Tutoring and Academic Success. the Test Proctor is responsible for effective performance in these essential duties: Key responsibilities include: - Prepare computer labs for testing which includes sanitizing workstations, furnishing labs with stationery and ensuring computers and testing software are working properly before testing. - Checking in students with their college or Government issued identification. - Maintain a distraction-free testing environment. - Provide information about testing policies and procedures to students. - Supervise students during testing to maintain test integrity. - Maintain test documents in the file cabinet for faculty drop off and pick up *This posting outlines qualifications, experience, and skills but is not limited to the full specifications in the official job description.* ## Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field.
