All welding services, design, manufacturing, hardware and software development, testing, as well as research and development is conducted here. **Job Location(s)** Chicago, IL (near Midway Airport) **Role – Field Service Engineer (full-time)** Sciaky is seeking a Field Service Engineer who will assist in testing, calibration and troubleshooting of our EBAM and Additive Manufacturing systems. **You’ll be doing a lot of this:** - Providing testing support for all Sciaky machines - Repair, test and calibrate machines in the field at customer locations - Use technical manuals and knowledge of test and diagnostic equipment - Troubleshoot and repair PC boards - Program test fixtures - Investigate new instrumentation and test operating practices - Represent Sciaky in front of customers and users - **So, you should have this:** - Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related engineering degree - Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in similar organization or industry - Proficiency with data entry and MS Office - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, and hardware/software including applications and programming
