Test Automation Engineer

From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters. ## Job Description - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test solutions for web, API, and mobile applications. - Implement AI-assisted automation using tools such as Windsurf and Katalon Studio AI Assist to improve automation efficiency and reduce script development time. - Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Katalon Studio, and other modern automation frameworks. - Champion Shift-Left testing practices by enabling automated smoke testing during pull requests and throughout the software development lifecycle. - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins to provide continuous feedback on application quality. - Create and maintain automation standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across engineering teams. - Support multiple product teams with automation strategy, framework implementation, and troubleshooting. - Analyze test execution results, identify quality risks, and communicate findings to technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with software engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to improve application quality and testability. - Continuously evaluate emerging AI-driven testing technologies and recommend improvements to the automation ecosystem. ## Qualifications Required - 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with a strong focus on test automation. - Proven experience designing and developing automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications. - Expert-level experience with: - Playwright - Katalon Studio - Selenium - Sauce Labs - Micro Focus ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) - Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms. - Experience automating both UI and API testing. - Strong programming and scripting skills. - Experience working within Agile development teams. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
