**Job Opportunity: Temporary Scale Help** Are you a meticulous and dependable team player with a passion for customer service? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as Temporary Scale Help at our Elm Creek location. # **Job Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain customer relationships - Assist in all grain receiving functions - Assist with logistics for all inbound grain - Weigh trucks accurately and in a timely fashion - Make KAAPA guests feel welcome - Accurately grade all incoming and outgoing samples # **Working Hours:** - Harvest hours are 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday and 12pm-6pm Sunday. Harvest season runs mid-September to mid-November. Full and part-time positions are available with flexible schedules to match these hours. # **Qualifications:** - Valid driver’s license - Attention to detail with the ability to self-check work for accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness - Ability to be at work on time - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team - Basic computer experience # **Wages:** - Wages starting at $21.75/hr Join us and become a valued member of our team, contributing to the smooth operation and success of our company.
