The Temporary Project Coordinator provides administrative, project coordination, and operational support to BakerRipley's Strategy & Implementation team during a temporary leave of absence. Working closely with the Director, Strategy & Implementation, this position ensures agency-wide strategic initiatives continue moving forward by coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, organizing documentation, supporting communications, preparing presentations, maintaining project plans, and providing logistical support for multiple cross-functional projects. **Core Responsibilities:** - Maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and implementation trackers. - Coordinate project schedules across multiple strategic initiatives. - Monitor action items and follow up with project team members. - Track deadlines and proactively remind project owners of upcoming deliverables. - Maintain organized SharePoint folders and project documentation. - Assist with document formatting, version control, and file management. **Meeting & Stakeholder Support (30%)** - Schedule meetings across multiple departments. - Coordinate agendas and distribute meeting materials. - Take meeting notes and document decisions. - Track action items and follow-up assignments. - Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, virtual meeting invites, and participant communications. - Support Project Eureka administration, including presenter coordination and communications during the leave period. **Documentation & Communications (25%)** - Draft meeting summaries and project communications. - Assist with formatting blueprints, implementation plans, and strategic documents. - Create simple process documents and templates. - Support communication with project teams regarding deadlines and project updates. - Maintain standardized templates for reports and presentations. **Preferred:** - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field. - 2–4 years of administrative or project coordination experience. - Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and Teams. - High attention to detail. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Comfortable interacting with leaders across departments.
