You will pull Z-Fre scores on all newly added properties, download the report into a file for our Workflow file system, and create a task for the underwriter to review (as needed). You must pay great attention to detail when researching addresses across Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico to input into the system. **What It Takes to Join Our Team**: - High school diploma or equivalent plus two years’ relevant experience required. Associates Degree preferred. - Be detail oriented, attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to learn new systems and experience with Microsoft Excel preferred. - Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. - Be dependable and able to work Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm, with a 45-minute lunch each day from our office in Sandy, Utah.
