Temporary Jr. Graphic Designer

**Your role at Tumi:** The part time Temporary Junior Graphic Designer will provide support to the Global Creative Services team in the production of digital deliverables assigned to the global creative department during their temporary assignment. This temporary role will assist with production on active and ongoing projects such as eCommerce site updates, social asset creation, email development, and print collateral. This position will manage assigned production workflow, maintain file organization, and support the implementation of processes and best practices. We are looking for a flexible, collaborative temporary team member who can partner with designers on the team, as well as other departmental partners such as eCommerce and CRM. This position is on site, based out of our New York City office. **Responsibilities:** - Provide design production support on site content, email, social, digital media banners and printed media - Work closely with the Copywriter & CRM team to own email creation process from brief to completion - Collaborate with the Social team to retouch, edit and create custom social content across all social channels - Support the print designer with printed materials such as pamphlets, packaging, in-store graphics etc. - Execute creative assets for campaign toolkits - Manage projects within Workfront (Project Management System) - Provide graphic design support to Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams - Assist with creative design concepts and execute upon agency and internal concepts as needed. - Manage assigned projects in an organized manner, delivering high-quality work within established deadlines - Maintain style guide for consistency in branding across all Marketing channels (online and offline) - Stay current on emerging digital trends and share relevant innovations with the team - Create illustrations for iconography and special projects (e.g., pin designs, postcards, custom graphics) - Edit video content using After Effects and Premiere ### Qualifications **We're excited if you have:** - 1 – 2 plus years of work experience in graphic design required - Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Figma - Understanding of typography and knowledge of layout design and print formatting required - Experience in photography, After Effects & video editing, illustration, and emerging AI programs are all a plus - Exhibit positive attitude, willingness to learn, collaborate, and take direction well - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter with demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability - Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs. **Associate Benefits:** - Work-life balance - Training - Sick time ### About the Team **Why you'll love working here:** At TUMI, you’ll find a dynamic working environment, joining a community where each team member is empowered with an entrepreneurial spirit.
