Temp PT, Administrative Assistant (Library)

Provide high-quality administrative support for the library, as well as assisting patrons/students at the service desk. Administrative support includes purchasing, billing, supply tracking & ordering, employment forms, mail, copies, work orders, reporting, archives, and special projects. Assisting patrons at the service desk includes circulation duties, use of the library, and use of computers/technology. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, organization, and punctuality/dependability. Knowledge of Windows and Office programs and general technology skills Previous experience with purchasing & billing.
