This associate is classified as an assistant and or working towards certification. **Essential Responsibilities:** - Demonstrates the ability to assist in all final assembly positions - General production help - Tapping sleeve final assembly - Ultra-sleeve final assembly - TX3 final assembly - Repair Clamp final assembly - Operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures - Build product subassemblies or final assemblies - Prepare and assemble materials - Maintain inventory of job materials - Package finished products - Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements - Start up and shut down processing equipment - Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance - Clean production equipment or work areas - Select proper cleaning materials, tools, or equipment **Qualifications/Requirements:** - High School Diploma or GED. - Skills/Qualifications: Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Dependability
