Temp Accounting Admin

## Description The Temporary Accounting Admin provides administrative support for West Music allowing us to meet our mission of ***“Play now. Play for life.”*** This individual will be detail oriented, have the ability to prioritize their workload, have accountability, and can work well in a small team environment. This role will be needed from mid July through the end of September. ***WHAT YOU’LL DO*** - Provide accounting, administrative, and clerical support to the accounting department - Responsible for appropriately processing accounts payable - Daily data entry and reconciling of invoices and vouchers, including verifying department information and maintaining department files. - Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices - Respond to incoming calls and e mail inquiries, researches answers and information, and responds timely - Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisor. **WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE** - One year experience with any of the following: - - General office clerical work - Must have prior customer service experience (either in person or telephone service) · Service Focus – demonstrates a personal commitment to delivering high quality, professional, responsive service to customers and co-workers · Communication – shares and receives information using clear oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
