Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank’s Core Values. Accountable for sales and service activities in all Consumer Banking and Branch Delivery branch locations (Metro, Community, and In-Store On-Site). Responsible for handling routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, payment, etc.), while ensuring a positive interaction with customers/non-customers. Identify customer needs and recommends U.S. Bancorp products as appropriate. Follows established policies and procedures while processing transactions in an effort to mitigate risk. Required Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent -More than one year of job related experience including cash handling and customer service Desired Qualifications: -Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide excellent customer service and models skills consistent with U.S. Bank’s Core Values -Willingness to gain knowledge of U.S. Bancorp products.
