**AVAYA** 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘: Inside IR35 - **Leeds** **Daily/Hourly Rate:** **Up to £450 per day** **Working hours:** Hybrid working I am looking to recruit a temporary resource to support my clients Avaya telephone system. **Mandatory Proficiencies and Competencies Not limited to:** - Profound expertise in Avaya Site Administrator v6, including the capability to proficiently manage and modify over 50 IVR call flows through command-line operations. - Comprehensive knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager CM6.3. - Proficiency in Avaya CMS Supervisor v19. - Familiarity with Avaya Workforce Engagement Management (WEM). **Precise Responsibilities will Encompass:** - Oversee and govern more than 50 call flows to align with business service requirements. - Supervise and set up user profiles and licenses as necessary. - Address and resolve incidents, or escalate them when appropriate. - Demonstrate the capability to collaborate with service partners, key business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
