Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for **Técnico Centro de Control (CCTI) / Soporte de Seguridad Junior (CCTI)** on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in **Spain** | **Job Title:** | **Técnico Centro de Control (CCTI) / Soporte de Seguridad Junior** | | --- | --- | | **Employment:** | Full time | | **Start Date:** | July 2026 | | **Country:** | Spain - Remote and full time from Madrid | | **Salary range:** | 18K annually ( dependent upon experience) | | **Contact:** | ***Franci /*** +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 55 | **Key Responsibilities** - Handling emails and calls from internal client. - Creating Incident Tickets in the ITSM Tool. - Sorting incidents received from external teams using the tool into categories: Network, Billing, or IT - Assigning the incident to the right team for resolution - Coordinating with the appropriate team to obtain status updates and communicate them to the customer - Closing incident tickets **Experience/Qualifications:** - Experience between 0 and 2 years of experience in similar monitoring or support roles. - Office Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). - Experience using Remedy or similar ticketing systems (ITSM Tools - Desirable) - Ability to work with monitoring software such as Site 24x7 or OBM (Monitoring Tools - Desirable) - Availability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
