**RIZE CREDIT UNION** **IT Scrum Master** *Technology Projects | Headquarters – Irwindale, CA | Hybrid* Rize Credit Union is looking for an IT Scrum Master to help our technology teams deliver great work, sprint after sprint. In this role, you'll facilitate agile ceremonies, keep our IT projects on track, and act as a trusted voice connecting technical teams with the rest of the credit union. You'll partner with engineers, project managers, vendors, and business leaders to make sure our technology initiatives move forward smoothly and land with impact. **What You'll Do** **Agile Facilitation** - Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Lead focused, 15-minute daily stand-ups that surface blockers and drive accountability - Support refinement and prioritization of user stories and sprint backlogs - Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement across IT project teams **Project Tracking & Coordination** - Maintain project plans and task tracking in tools such as Smartsheet - Keep deliverables, user stories, and tasks accurately documented and current - Monitor sprint progress and flag risks, delays, or dependencies early - Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders **Timeline & Vendor Alignment** - Build and maintain Gantt charts aligning project timelines with vendor deliverables and contract milestones - Track key deadlines and escalate risks tied to vendor dependencies or contracts - Partner with vendor management to keep deliverables on schedule **Communication & Change Management** - Serve as a central point of communication for IT project updates - Translate technical outcomes into clear, enterprise-wide messaging - Act as a "voice of change," driving adoption of new systems and processes - Keep leadership informed on project status, risks, and outcomes **What You Bring** **Required Experience** - 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, agile environments, or Scrum Master roles - Experience supporting technology or IT-related projects **Education & Certification** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent required — or in progress with a plan to complete within 3 months **You're a Great Fit If You** - Run organized, transparent, on-track sprints — every time - Keep documentation and reporting sharp and up to date - Build strong relationships across both IT and business teams - Drive accountability and continuous improvement naturally - Can work independently, juggle priorities, and know when to escalate - Hold a valid driver's license and can travel periodically to branch locations in California and Las Vegas **Why Rize Credit Union** At Rize, technology is how we deliver on our promise to our members — and Scrum Masters are the ones who keep that engine running smoothly.
