**Open Until Filled** **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** The State of Wyoming's Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is seeking a strategic, collaborative, results-oriented Senior Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to serve as a trusted advisor and key liaison between ETS and a portfolio of state agencies. This position plays a key role in advancing the Executive Branch’s enterprise technology strategy by building trusted partnerships with agency leaders to understand their missions, challenges, and strategic objectives. The Senior BRM provides expert consultation on enterprise-wide technology initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, minimize costs, and enhance service delivery to both agencies and the citizens of Wyoming. The Senior BRM is instrumental in translating agency needs into strategic IT initiatives by facilitating communication, identifying opportunities for innovation, and guiding solution development across multiple stakeholders. Beyond aligning business and technology goals, this role drives enterprise collaboration by championing cross-agency initiatives, promoting shared services, and fostering a culture of partnership and continuous improvement.
