Technician, Scrub OR (Certified / Non-Certified) Per Diem - Operating Room - Mullica Hill

The Operating Room Scrub Technician is a key member of the perioperative team who functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse and surgeon to support safe, high quality surgical care. The Scrub Technician is responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining the sterile field, and providing instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures. This role requires adherence to aseptic technique, infection prevention standards, and established surgical policies while anticipating the needs of the surgical team across all phases of the operative process. **MAJOR FUNCTION:** The Operating Room Scrub Technician is a key member of the perioperative team who functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse and surgeon to support safe, high‑quality surgical care. The Scrub Technician is responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining the sterile field, and providing instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures.
