To learn more, visit nmrk.com or follow @newmark. **ob Description** Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Maintenance - Drywall repair, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry. - Operates power tools and site mobile equipment - forklift and aerial lift - Training for job duties provided by company as required - High school diploma or GED required - Clean driving record - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment - Ability to handle multiple projects with a minimum of direction - Some knowledge of computers preferred - Sound judgement and a high level of work ethic - Must have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties - Performs all work in accordance with company safety procedures - Operates power tools and site mobile equipment - We encourage diverse candidates to apply **Salary Range:** The expected rate for this position ranges from $25 to $29 hourly. The actual hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
