Technician - Lube

**Lube Technician** The Lube Technician is responsible in maintaining the health and longevity of our customers' vehicles through efficient and high-quality service. This fast-paced role involves performing routine light-duty maintenance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. **Responsibilities** - Perform light-duty maintenance services including oil changes, air filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections. - Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate potential future vehicle maintenance or repair needs to customers. - Accurately follow manufacturer specifications and service procedures. - Meet productivity standards and work efficiently to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous service. - Additional duties as requested. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.) **Reporting Structure** Reports to Service Manager **Ideal Skills & Experience** - Previous experience in light-duty automotive maintenance (lube, oil, filter changes, tire rotations, etc.) preferred. - Must have basic computer skills for inputting service records and accessing vehicle maintenance data. - Own set of tools for the job required. - Must have a valid driver’s license. - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following manufacturer and service guidelines. - Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
