Ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, customer service orientated and have great communication skills. Experience in the commercial field strongly encouraged. Job Responsibilities: - Perform restoration work for commercial properties - Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customer’s contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization of facilities - Assists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage - Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear - Operate routinely used tools and equipment - Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment - Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance - Maintain all job-related reports updated per company guidelines Qualifications: - Commercial Restoration Experience, preferred - High level of character and integrity - Professional appearance - Basic Computer Skills - Outstanding Customer Experience - Effective Communication Skills - Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time - Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects (50+lbs) - Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law - Valid Driver’s License - IICRC Certification is a plus - Mitigation and Construction experience is a plus - Bilingual is a plus Travel: - Up to 75% (required)
