Some Heavy Equipment - Familiarity with OSHA's Safety Standards and ability to work within the parameters of OSHA - Ability to read maintenance manuals and make minor repairs to equipment - Must have knowledge of all floor systems and finishes used at the College - Must be able to efficiently operate all floor machines to include side by side, high speed buffer and concrete polisher - Identifies building areas that need attention and corrects deficiencies without being told - Must be detail detail-oriented and proficient in cleaning all areas of buildings - A least 2 years as a Technician I - Complete Hillyard Custodial Series Level 2 & 3 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
