While a FFT’s main job duties are focused upon the technical services related to product inventory management (tracking, ordering, receiving, quality control, etc.), exceptional mathematical and time management skills are vital for the successful completion of this role. The FFT ensures that adequate product inventories are maintained/received while abiding by the highest quality control standards. **Essential Functions:** - Works under general supervision of the GSE Manager and performs daily/weekly/monthly general and QC inspections on Fuel Farm, Fuel Trucks and GSE fueling cart including checking all fluid levels, tire pressures, general conditions and logging hour meters and mileage. - Take fuel product samples and have proficient knowledge of fuel sample evaluations. Must be able to fill out corresponding ATA paperwork, UpKeep work orders and X1 information. - Demonstrates sufficient knowledge in reviewing Certificate of Analysis, Bill of Lading and fuel release paperwork - Perform water detection field tests - Can receive and order JET A and AVGAS loads - Performs daily and weekly checks on waste and FSii barrels - Completes a weekly checklist to ensure proper placement of barrels - Schedules and executes waste barrel pick-ups in accordance with state EPA regulations - Able to communicate concisely with co-workers, drivers, and dispatchers in order to place fuel orders Please click on the link below and complete the assessment. The employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions including extreme heat and cold; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration; chemicals including aviation fuels, oils, and lavatory fluid. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. **Travel**: This position requires minimal travel. **Physical Requirements**: Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions.
