By focusing on continuous improvement and compliance, we support a productive work environment and contribute to the overall upkeep and enhancement of Walmart properties. **What you'll do:** - Operate and maintain facility exterior equipment, including heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. - Perform seasonal exterior maintenance such as snow and ice management to maintain safe facility conditions. - Lead and coach third-party providers, conduct quality inspections, and ensure completed work meets safety and quality standards. **What you'll bring:** - Proven ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently. - Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity in all work activities.
