Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. 3 years of experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python). Experience in carrier networking infrastructure and mobile networks. Preferred qualifications: 7 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting. 5 years of experience in a relevant field such as software engineering, product management, technical account management, or sales engineering. Deep experience with connectivity, IMS, telephony, RCS, IP Messaging, SIP, and other related communication protocols. Proficiency in foundational internet technologies like HTTP, TCP/IP, HTML, and JavaScript, along with experience in Unix/Linux environments. Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive complex, multi-party initiatives forward. In this role, you will balance business and partner needs with technical constraints to develop innovative solutions while acting as a trusted advisor. Additionally, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of these partnerships, build tools and automate products, shape product strategy, and effectively prioritize projects and resources.
