Develop and deliver effective recruiting strategies to attract a high-quality pool of qualified inbound candidates. Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to build a solid pipeline of outbound candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural add, and alignment with company values. Coordinate and guide candidates through the full cycle interview process. Partner cross-functionally to build offers and effectively close candidate offers. Provide an exceptional candidate experience ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized interactions. Utilize data to inform recruiting strategies, report progress, and continuously look for opportunities to improve results. We're looking for someone who 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment Able to follow our hybrid work schedule of three days a week in our Mountain View office. Solid understanding of technical roles and skills across various technologies and experience levels. Successful track record hiring technical talent in the Bay area. Demonstrated success using a variety of sourcing techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent team work orientation and a can-do attitude. Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Salary range Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 USD per year. This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position.
