This role involves project management for our media and entertainment projects and systems, catering to the dynamic needs of our production clients and internal business units. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering robust solutions while maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence, standardizing development tracks from proof-of-concept to final implementation, bridging complex engineering infrastructure with actionable, data-driven business needs. Excellent communication and organization skills are essential as you will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization. ## Responsibilities Experience in enterprise MAM orchestration and AWS cloud storage architectures. Experience in managing end-to-end technical projects using Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing complexity in fast-moving environments. Excellent communication skills -- able to filter and distill information for the right audience at the right time. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and leading teams to decisions. Self-directed, technically oriented, and accountable. ## Minimum qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years embedded technical support in film and TV production. 5+ years project management experience within large-scale studio and VFX environments or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience with cloud storage architectures for engineering teams. ## Preferred qualifications Film & TV Production Experience: 5+ years managing end-to-end media workflows and acting as the technical liaison between creative production and engineering teams. Media Systems & Orchestration: Expertise in enterprise-level production infrastructure, including petabyte-scale MAM workflows and cloud storage architectures (e.g., AWS). Technical Project Lifecycle Management: Drives complex technical projects from POC and MVP through to full implementation using Agile methodologies.
