Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management. Experience with Salesforce or other third party platform development and integration. Experience with AI product development lifecycle. Preferred qualifications: 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Strong technical aptitude to understand architectural dependencies and discuss technical blockers with engineering teams. Comfort with ambiguity, proactive in identifying risks, managing dependencies, and creating structure. Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence partners across Engineering, Product, and UX teams.
