Joining Collibra’s P&E Ops team Collibra’s Product & Engineering Project Management Office (P&E PMO) team leads delivery and release management and supports all operational functions in support of our Product & Engineering team. The Program Manager will ensure we can deliver key initiatives that meet our internal standards on a timely cadence. They will initiate and lead process changes and optimizations to drive continuous improvements across cross-functional teams and departments. Working with cross-functional stakeholders and using your project management and agile knowledge, you will keep projects moving forward to ensure the success of Product & Engineering’s business critical priorities. You will work with your fellow leads to drive delivery, remove impediments that limit progress and communicate effectively both upstream, downstream and across. This is a hybrid role based in our Brussels office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team. Technical Program Managers at Collibra are responsible for Managing a broad range of business programs that require high levels of functional integration and change management Driving project / program from Initiation to delivery ensuring teams are adhering to our SDLC Partnering closely with release management and NPI stakeholders on improving our go to market processes where applicable Developing, maintaining and regularly reviewing agile and project and/or program delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement Delivering clear and concise visibility and communication to senior and executive leadership on portfolio, project and/or program status Escalate impediments and risks that are critical to business outcomes as appropriate You have Demonstrated experience with project management and agile best practices and the know-how to apply them in an effective and pragmatic manner Proven success working with teams and senior leadership teams in complex, global, multinational environments The ability to develop specialized domain knowledge to understand both business and technical requirements, translate between, and lead teams around a common vision to execute and achieve business outcomes Experience managing engineering initiatives in a SaaS environment, working in a matrixed environment and managing multiple stakeholders A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required You are A team player with people management skills and is passionate about building a data-driven culture, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results through both direct reports and those that are not A servant leader that can build relationships across the organization and ensure the right processes, metrics and insights are in place Truth seeking, and willing to not only think strategically, but be willing to jump in to get the job done yourself Experienced in taking ownership, meeting deadlines, and anticipating challenges and risks before they escalate A learner who can build specialized domain knowledge to help achieve optimal delivery and adept at getting things done in an environment with lots of ambiguity Measures of success Within your first month, you will build relationships with leaders in Product & Engineering, become familiar with company objectives and learn our current landscape. Within your third month, you will take the lead on at least 1 project or program. Within your sixth month, you will successfully deliver a business critical milestone on a project or program, and ensure the teams that work on your project or program consistently and regularly ship features on schedule.
