Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program management. 5 years of experience developing and delivering technical curriculum or training programs for engineering audiences. Experience working with engineering teams within infrastructure or SRE domains. Experience building and deploying AI solutions in business situations including experience with AI Agents, Vibe Coding, and other building blocks for AI systems. Preferred qualifications: Experience in distributed systems, computer architecture, networking, cloud infrastructure, and Google Cloud platform services. Experience managing specialized vendor teams or cross-functional groups to deliver complex platform features. Experience working and developing with Google’s AI ecosystem. Strong understanding of andragogical and heutagogical approaches for technical education and the ability to translate complex product concepts into actionable learning paths. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level and drive a unified Google-wide view on AI fluency.
