Technical Product Partner Manager / Technical Account Manager This role will be part of the Partner Success Department, whose main responsibilities are to make sure that Kambi’s partners are getting an excellent service and support our partners growth in a consultative manner. The successful individual will join a global team made up of around 30 professionals globally, and will report into the Head of Product Partner Management (also based in Stockholm). As a Product Partner Manager your day-to-day work will look like: Working as a key communicator between Kambi and our partners in regards to product development and partner empowerment Handling partners’ product and feature priorities towards Kambi Working collaboratively across Kambi - particularly with our product, design and development teams Supporting our partners’ product strategies and aligning with these with Kambi’s Providing product and tech support – troubleshooting, providing advice and solutions Management and tracking of product commitments. Providing proactive visibility and effective communication of delivery targets, commitments and progress. You’ll be a great fit for the role if you: Have experience within technical account management, technical delivery management or product development Have a good understanding of APIs Have knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and basic technical trouble shooting Are an excellent communicator Have a love of sports and/or sports betting Let’s talk about what’s in it for you?
