**Technical Lead / Solution Architect** **Location: Washington, DC (On-site) Work Authorization: US Citizen** **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Technical Lead / Solution Architect** to provide technical leadership for enterprise applications, cloud modernization, and system integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure Government, AWS, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dynamics, and custom .NET applications. **Responsibilities** - Design enterprise application architectures. - Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives. - Define technical standards and best practices. - Review code and mentor development teams. - Support DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure coding practices. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - 10+ years designing enterprise software solutions. - 5+ years as Technical Lead or Solution Architect supporting Federal IT. - Strong experience with: - Microsoft 365 - SharePoint Online - Power Platform - Azure Government - .NET/C# - SQL Server - REST APIs - Dataverse - Experience with AWS and cloud migration. - Knowledge of NIST, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and CI/CD. - Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
