Technical Lead - Fullstack JS/TS

This position offers significant ownership, exposure to complex technical challenges, and the opportunity to grow into a key leadership role within an ambitious international team. ### Accountabilities: - Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies. - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to transform business needs into scalable and high-quality technical solutions. - Improve application performance, maintainability, and reliability through refactoring, optimization initiatives, and bug resolution. - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards to ensure long-term scalability and code quality. - Mentor and support fellow developers by sharing best practices, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, and fostering continuous learning. - Progressively assume Technical Lead responsibilities, including guiding technical choices, driving squad execution, and ensuring alignment on delivery objectives. - Promote engineering excellence and encourage experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. - Participate actively in problem-solving discussions and collaborate cross-functionally to address technical challenges efficiently. ## Requirements - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in JavaScript and TypeScript development across both frontend and backend environments. - Strong expertise with Node.js, React, and MongoDB, with a proven track record of building and maintaining modern web applications. - Solid understanding of software architecture principles, scalability challenges, and performance optimization techniques. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while thriving in collaborative, fast-paced environments. - Strong leadership potential with experience mentoring peers and influencing technical decisions. - Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies within the JavaScript ecosystem. - Fluent communication skills in both French and English. - Must be based within the French timezone (±2 hours). - Previous experience in B2B SaaS environments, large-scale platforms, or startup ecosystems is considered a strong advantage. - Entrepreneurial mindset, side-project experience, or a strong passion for building and experimenting with technology is highly valued. ## Benefits - Competitive compensation package: **€65,000 - €75,000 fixed salary plus up to €18,000 performance bonus**. - Profit-sharing program allowing employees to directly benefit from company success. - Fully remote-first working environment, with office access in Paris for those who prefer a hybrid setup. - Comprehensive health coverage fully funded for employees and their families. - Meal vouchers and transportation reimbursement. - Premium equipment package, including a MacBook Pro and dedicated remote workspace budget. - High level of autonomy, minimal bureaucracy, and direct impact on product decisions and company growth. - Access to an experienced engineering team focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improve…
