They help organisations design, build and optimise digital experiences that deliver clarity, performance and long-term value. **Role Overview:** We're looking for an experienced .NET CMS Tech Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the client's engineering capability while remaining hands-on with development. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and full-stack engineering. You'll mentor developers, lead technical decision-making, design scalable CMS solutions, and work directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges.
