Combining delivery leadership with technical credibility, you'll help the team succeed while driving a collaborative and supportive working environment. ________________________________________ What you’ll do You’ll play a key role in keeping delivery focused, coordinated and moving at pace across a varied mix of infrastructure, application and operational priorities. In this role, you’ll: Act as the central point of coordination for the Core Infrastructure and Applications team, balancing project delivery alongside day-to-day operational priorities. Build and maintain delivery plans, ensuring workloads are realistic, resources are effectively utilised and priorities remain aligned to business needs. Facilitate team stand-ups, planning sessions and regular delivery reviews to keep work visible, organised and progressing. Maintain oversight of team activity through Azure DevOps and other delivery tools, providing clear reporting on progress, risks and capacity. Provide technical oversight across infrastructure and application changes, ensuring work is reviewed and aligned to agreed standards before implementation. Support colleagues with troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical decision-making when required. Partner closely with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to understand priorities, manage expectations and communicate progress. Proactively identify and remove blockers, helping the team deliver project milestones and operational commitments successfully. Monitor team capacity, dependencies and delivery risks, ensuring issues are escalated and addressed at the right time. Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture where communication, teamwork and continuous improvement are encouraged. ________________________________________ What we’re looking for We're seeking someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity and thrives in a fast-paced technology environment. You'll combine strong delivery management skills with enough technical knowledge to provide effective oversight and support to a specialist team, and bring: Proven experience in delivery management, project coordination or operational leadership within a technology or IT environment.
