Technical Coordinator

. Product Development & Technical Support - Support quotation and new product development activities by reviewing customer technical requirements and product specifications. - Coordinate sample requests, product trials, and technical evaluations with internal teams and suppliers. - Assist in evaluating product performance and recommending technical improvements. - Maintain product specifications and technical documentation throughout the development process. Quality & Continuous Improvement - Support quality investigations related to customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal non-conformances. - Participate in product inspections, validation activities, and technical evaluations. - Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action activities. - Review quality trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. - Support documentation required for quality management systems and food safety programs. Manufacturing Support - Work closely with production teams to understand printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch converting processes. - Participate in production trials and process improvement initiatives. - Assist in resolving technical issues affecting manufacturing performance or product quality. - Coordinate communication between manufacturing and technical teams during development projects. Fluency in Korean is an added value. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Willingness to travel occasionally. Safety Responsibilities - Attending required safety training sessions. - Reporting accidents and near misses in a timely fashion. - Reporting any safety concerns to a designated safety team leader. - Taking reasonable care of their own health and safety. - Following Flair’s work safety rules, policies and procedures. Food Safety Responsibilities - Employees shall report problems with the food safety management system to the responsible person(s). Responsible personnel shall have defined responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions. - Employees shall understand the Food Safety Policy, GMP’s, HACCP Principle and Food Safety Standard.
