Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Redlands, CA area for this position. **Responsibilities** - Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform - Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content to help them make better decisions - Identify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services - Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies - Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations - Collaborate with customer IT organizations to align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology enterprise **Requirements** - 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities - Professional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (Desktop, Server, and Online) - Proven experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs - Pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers, specifically in the Intelligence domain - Proven experience with GIS workflow automation patterns - Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical peers, project managers, and/or customers - Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills - US citizenship with Active or Current (within 2 years of active) Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility - Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field **Recommended Qualifications** - Master's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field - Programming and scripting experience with Python - Domain experience around Defense and Intelligence content workflows - CompTIA Security + certification - Experience with current technology implementation patterns, including service-oriented and cloud computing architecture - Understanding of IT integration concepts such as databases, web services, webhooks, mobile devices configurations, web browsers, IT system architecture concepts #LI-SS2 #LI-Onsite **Total Rewards** Esri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calen…
