ABOUT OUTTAKE Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, automating protection in hours, not weeks. Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team. Outtake is backed by top-tier investors and operators who believe in our mission and our model. With strong financial footing and a long runway, we prioritize creating an environment where people can do the best work of their careers. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to own enterprise and mid-market accounts from deal closure through adoption and expansion. You're the technical partner customers trust, and the person watching for where the account can grow larger and going after it. You'll sit where customer needs, product, and execution meet: configuring the platform, standing up agents, and turning what you learn in the field into a better product and a bigger book. This is hands-on and technical, with a strong commercial edge. If you like building trust with customers, getting into the product yourself, and owning the number on your accounts, this is for you. RESPONSIBILITIES - Expansion on your book: you see where accounts can grow and go after it. New use cases, new teams, more of the platform. - Retention and renewals: you catch risk early and act before its a renewal problem. - Deployment and configuration: standing up customer environments, prompt engineering, and tuning the agents across our product surface. - Being the technical point of contact for your accounts: guiding customers through the platform and helping them achieve real outcomes as it evolves. - Feeding the field back to product and engineering: the patterns, the gaps, what to build next. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING - 4+ years in a revenue-generating role: you've owned a number and know what it means to grow a book. - You love working with customers: the day-to-day of working with them, hearing their problems, earning their trust. - Technical chops: you can deploy, configure, and troubleshoot on your own, and you're comfortable getting hands-on with agents. - You want to build the playbooks, not inherit them: we're early enough that a lot doesn't exist yet, and you're excited by that rather than thrown by it. BONUS POINTS - Experience at a fast-paced start-up: you’ve already cut your teeth at an early-stage start-up or other high growth environment. LIFE AT OUTTAKE - Office: For those in NY, we are an in-person team (5 days a week, with flexibility as needed) working out of a stunning waterfront office in Brooklyn. Collaboration, speed, and clarity matter. - Health: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees. - Time Away: Flexible PTO. We trust adults to manage energy, not clock time. - Culture & Team: Annual company retreats and regular in-person events. Outtake is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
