This position offers a fun and rewarding opportunity to entertain and bring lasting memories to our guest, all while you get to have fun and showcase *"You"*! As a show cast member, you will play a key role in the production of Dolly Parton's Stampede, rather you are helping backstage, controlling lights and sound, dancing to a Dolly soundtrack, engaging in guest participation activities or riding a horse through competitions. We have a place for all levels of talent and a team to support on-the-job training! Knowledge, skills and abilities: - Comfortable with large crowds and/or being on stage. - Previous horseback riding experience is helpful but not required. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with different barn animals off stage and during live shows. - Availability to work various hours, including nights/weekends and holidays. - Physical ability to stand, walk, and run in sand for extended periods. ### Benefits 401K with company match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Cancer/Accident supplement plans are offered to all qualified cast members.
