Team Services Coordinator

PURPOSES SPECIFIC TO THE POSITION To provide administrative support to the Team Services department including, but not limited to building and grounds, fleet services, human resources, risk management, and safety. RELATIONSHIPS - Reports to Vice President, Team Services. - Directs – none, except as may be assigned for special assignments or other temporary duties. - Cooperates or coordinates with all persons, both within and outside the cooperative as deemed necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the position. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES - High school diploma or equivalent required. A relevant associate degree or higher is preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. - Prepares, maintains, and distributes reports, analysis, summaries, etc. - Drafts letters and other communications. - Coordinates various meetings or appointments. - Performs duties consistent with board policies, federal and state regulations, and established safety rules - Performs data entry. - Assists with public education events. - Requires creative and problem-solving skills. - Attends various meetings, prepares agendas, and notes. - Requires ability and willingness to safely operate Cooperative vehicles, as assigned. - Requires ability and willingness to effectively coordinate with and provide support to various workgroups. - Requires ability and willingness to maintain a neat workspace and organize both physical and electronic records. - Requires ability and willingness to lift light loads often and medium loads occasionally. - Requires ability and willingness to exercise the highest degree of confidentiality when handling various records. - Performs other duties as requested or required by the position.
