Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Team Leader to join its client’s Children's Residential team, based in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Children's Residential Support Worker looking to take the next step into a leadership role. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the home, promote positive outcomes for young people, and help lead and develop a team of support workers. The role requires someone who is energetic, resilient, able to remain calm under pressure, and passionate about improving the lives and wellbeing of children and young people. What will your responsibilities be?
