**Description:** The Team Lead, Business Development is responsible for supporting the growth and effectiveness of the Business Development function by generating qualified sales leads while providing operational leadership to the Business Development team. Through active prospecting, consultative lead qualification, coaching, mentoring, workflow coordination, and reinforcement of established sales processes, this role helps develop high-quality sales leads, promotes consistent execution, and enhances team performance.
