LICENSED VACANCY Position is for the 2026-2027 school year POSITION: Teacher, Special Education Inclusive Learning Community (ILC) (Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish required) LOCATION: 7725 Conifer Road, Denver, CO 80221 - Adventure Elementary Dual Language Program PAY RANGE: Licensed Salary Schedule, $63,301 - $128,842 Annual Salary CALENDAR: 190 Days REPORTS TO: School Director/Principal SCHOOL DESIGN OVERVIEW: Adventure Elementary is a dual language enrichment school where students are exposed to rigorous academics, learn to think critically, and demonstrate real-world understanding. QUALIFICATIONS: Colorado teaching license with an appropriate Elementary endorsement required. Additional endorsement in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education preferred, *or willingness to pursue endorsement or equivalent coursework. * English Learner Professional Development Designation required; (or willingness to pursue required coursework. K-3 teachers must provide documentation of evidence-based literacy training, Read Act Designation, per CDE requirements. Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish required. (Must be able to read, write, and speak in both languages fluently) Background in bilingual education and/or language acquisition preferred.
