Be a part of a dedicated team that fosters a love for learning and supports the growth of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. **Responsibilities:** - Implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. - Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions. - Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety and engagement. - Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. - Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. - Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. - Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children. - Assist with meal and snack times, promoting healthy eating habits. **Requirements:** - Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Passion for early childhood education and child development. - CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. - Background check clearance as required by state regulations. - Positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children. - High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
