Highly qualified candidates may be offered a higher wage, whenever budgetary and operational factors permit with required approvals. **Salary Disclaimer:** Pre-K Teacher salaries follow the local Board of Education district salary with availability of funding whenever possible and are based on the candidate’s education level and years of relevant experience.
