Qualifications: Appropriate State of NJ Teacher Certification K-5 and Special Education endorsement (TOSWD or TOH). Previous experience working with young children, particularly in an ABA classroom or clinical setting. Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including discrete trial training, naturalistic teaching, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders. Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs. Knowledge of the Essential Elements. Bilingual/Spanish a plus.
