The ideal candidate will possess a valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate as a Teacher of Art with a Special Education Endorsement and have experience fostering creativity, artistic expression, and academic growth in students with diverse learning needs. Qualifications NJDOE Instructional Certificate: Teacher of Art with Special Education Endorsement (required) Demonstrated knowledge of art education curriculum and effective instructional practices Strong behavioral management skills Ability to design and implement engaging lessons that support student achievement and creativity Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families Willingness to work with diverse student populations Salary & Benefits In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the annual salary range for this position is: $64,064 � $82,487 This position may also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and benefits that support work-life balance.
