Employees will be required to complete all mandatory trainings applicable to their position and job duties. > -Hours and work locations may vary based on site availability and operational needs. -Communicate positively and be respectful of fellow team members. - Build and support relationships with school personnel and partners. - Maintain a safe learning environment for program participants. ## Requirements **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** - High school or GED equivalent required unless actively pursuing high school or GED equivalent. **OTHER CREDENTIALS / CERTIFICATIONS:** - Basic Life Support (CPR) and Basic First Aid certification are required at the time of employment or to be completed within 60 days of hire. - **This position requires completion of mandatory trainings and background screenings.**
