We’re especially proud of our commitment to promoting from within, giving our team members clear opportunities to advance and build long-term careers with us. **Position Type:** Full Time; Hybrid / In office **Location:** San Antonio **Qualifications:** - CPA designation - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance - 6+ years of accounting experience - 5+ years experience in a public accounting firm - 1+ years progressive supervisory experience - Ability to direct the work of team members, work under pressure - Tax experience with business, individuals, and estate planning **Responsibilities:** - Assume responsibility for the form for technical excellence in one or more specialty areas - Manage multiple clients and demonstrate knowledge of clients’ business - Lead meetings with clients for strategic planning and implementation - Represent clients before tax authorities - Review tax returns for compliance quality and coach staff on improvement processes - Monitor progress of engagements of assigned clients in relation to budgets and due dates - Represent the firm in the community; build new and existing client relationships - Train and advise staff on tax developments; review and evaluate work - Develop skill set of staff and peers through communication and teaching - Other duties as needed and assigned **Expectations:** - Oversee and schedule other team members - Understanding overtime requirements during busy season **ADKF is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.**
