Tax Director - (PCS) Private Client Services

As a Tax Director within PCS, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and building strategies to help develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the tax process. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced PCS Tax Director to join our growing team. The PCS Tax Director leads tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses. This role provides strategic guidance on complex tax issues, including estate, gift, and trust taxation. The director manages client relationships, ensuring exceptional service while overseeing and mentoring team members. Additionally, they collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions and drive business development initiatives. Note: Candidates located near a BPM office will follow a hybrid work model, with 2–3 days per week in the office.
