Task Lead & Senior International SOF Support SME (47308)

TI Verbatim Consulting (TIVC), supporting TDX Solutions in support of USSOCOM J3-International (J3-I), seeks an experienced senior Special Operations professional to serve as both Task Lead and Senior International SOF Support SME. The position provides overall contract leadership while directly supporting J3-I strategic planning, international SOF integration, and partner nation collaboration. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:** - Serve as primary contractor point of contact for the Government - Lead day-to-day contract execution, staffing coordination, quality control, travel, surge management, and reporting - Develop work plans, schedules, and assign contractor responsibilities - Coordinate closely with the Government Lead, COR, and technical representatives - Perform quality reviews of all contract deliverables - Advise J3-I leadership on international SOF operations, planning, interoperability, and partner nation integration - Support strategic planning and Commander priorities - Develop performance metrics and measures of success - Mentor allied and partner nation SOF officers and senior NCOs - Perform required security close-out and escort duties **EDUCATON AND TRAINING** - Master's degree in International Relations or related field - Graduate of SAMS or equivalent operational planning program - Joint Professional Military Education Level II (or equivalent) - Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (REQUIRED) **EXPERIENCE** - Former O-5 or above Army Special Forces Officer - 15+ years combined SOF operations and partner nation development experience - Recent operational experience within the last five years supporting a Combined Joint SOF Task Force or TSOC - Experience working with coalition SOF partners - USSOCOM or TSOC staff experience (Preferred) - NATO SOF Headquarters experience (Preferred) **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** - Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and executive briefing skills **PHYISICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS** • Reasonable accommodations are made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions • Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8 hours per day • Able to lift 20 lbs. **OTHER** - Attention to detail - Produce accurate, error-free work - Deadline-oriented - Self-starter who thinks of innovative, faster ways to accomplish tasks - Flexible and able to adapt to our dynamic environment.
